Kelly is an Assistant Director in the Office of the University Architect at Arizona State University (ASU), focusing on the programming and conceptual design phases of projects while also leading a multi-disciplined team of design professionals who consult in a variety of higher education projects throughout the design and construction phases. Kelly combines her 20+ years of experience in the building industry with her MBA education to create positive relationships with clients and consultants while thoughtfully leading teams managing the design and construction of complex projects. 

Prior to joining ASU in 2016, Kelly was an Associate at WDG Architecture designing dormitories, multi-family apartment and condo buildings as well as office buildings in the Washington DC Metro area. At ASU, Kelly has worked on the early programming phases of several major renovations including:
- $65 Million dollar renovation of Durham Hall, a 140,000 SF Office/ Classroom Building
- $60 Million dollar renovation of the Physical Sciences D and E Wing, a 90,000 SF with Research Labs and Teaching Labs
- Many additional classroom, office and research renovation projects throughout the many ASU campuses
